A Stunning Renovation Project

Mars Bathroom renovations

This primary bathroom makes every day a spa like experience. The Signature free standing tub is accompanied by Brizo Levoir floor mount faucet. The Signature mirrored medicine cabinets with LED lighting are equipped with electrical outlets to make everyday tasks easy and convenient. Additional outlets in the pull-out base makes storing styling tools a cinch. The heated towel rack provides comfort in those cold winter months. The TOTO toilet with a washlet seat seems to be a must these days!

Elegant white kitchen is featuring custom cabinetry with stain hickory details to complement dining furniture set. Client was looking for unique details in the kitchen, to maximize storage and make kitchen more suitable for entertaining. Dining room set was an inspiration for details. Mantel for the hood, artistic details on the display cabinet and door for pantry were custom stained to perfectly match furniture. Custom fit cabinetry for appliances, decorative details on cabinetry, exquisite marble tiles on backsplash and stunning quartzite countertop has created a unique, beautiful, and functional space for the homeowner's family and their guests.

Clients were looking for an open concept kitchen renovation to include a walk-in pantry. They have spectacular views of the Ohio River from the back of their home and wanted to ensure the design incorporated the view. We removed the wall between the dining room and kitchen using space at the front of the house in existing dining room space for a walk-in pantry. We also were able to use part of that space to build out a nice coat closet inside the front door. The pantry doors are glass with brass Cremones with matching brass cremones on decorative glass wall cabinet. The walls on either side of the pantry doors create a focal point with creative lights and artwork. We installed a new awning window to match the beautiful, large, window on the back wall of the kitchen. It opens with countertops overflowing to the exterior for entertainment pool side.

Contemporary Primary Bathroom

Clients have purchased house recently. The open concept bathroom in the primary suite wasn't the ideal situation. Rather to have half walls and small areas for the shower, tub, and water closet, our clients preferred to have a large dual shower with more privacy overall. We kept the vanity where it was but updated cabinetry to make the sinks evenly spaced, allowing room for storage and installed a mirror with a custom frame matching the cabinetry. Pendent lights completed the look. 
The opposite side of the bathroom was reconfigured. By eliminating the small tub, we were able to enlarge the water closet allowing space for a storage cabinet and installed a pocket door for privacy. The shower was enlarged to accommodate two people with dual showering capabilities. Two sets of shower heads and fixtures worked well in the space. To create privacy, we built a new wall. The bathroom had beautiful windows allowing a lot of natural lighting. By building only a partial wall between the shower and the water closet and installing a glass partition above, we kept the windows as a beautiful feature in the bathroom.  A stunning contemporary look was achieved by covering shower walls with beautiful Dekton Laurent. Part of the windows were in the shower therefore windowsills and jambs were updated with Dekton Laurent throughout to complete the space. Our clients appreciated the updated design as it is better suited to their lifestyle and the overall style of the house. It was great project and we enjoyed creating the space making it more functional and beautiful! 

Always a spring in the kitchen!

Homeowners purchased their home a few years ago. They needed help to make this house the home for their family. We started with the kitchen, the most used room for everyday life and entertainment. With some changes in the layout of cabinetry and location of appliances we created a nice flow and were able to add the bar area and large pantry cabinet without sacrificing counter space. By removing bulkheads, we gave the room an airy feel and dressed the cabinets with crown molding. What is the modern kitchen without an island? Of course, we added an island in a beautiful light sage finish from Designers Choice Cabinetry. When we introduced Cambria Summerhill for countertops, it was a love at first sight!  Now the room is full of light. Fresh and clean white cabinets on the perimeter with a sage green island and a countertop with a cascade of sparkles - just like after the first spring rain!

Blue and Beautiful Bar

Clients were finishing the basement and bar was one of the main areas. Elegant blue cabinets and Pental Misterio countertop are complemented by brick looking porcelain tiles and walnut shelves. There is plenty of storage with beautiful glass cabinets to show the glassware. There is room for a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave,
