Lower-Level Remodel in Sewickley

Our clients wanted to use this space as an entertainment area for company to play pool, throw darts and watch TV. They had a vision which included the exposed ceilings and the stained concrete floors.

We removed the closets that extended across the back wall. This was the perfect space to add the bar that features a beverage cooler. A tall cabinet to accommodate a microwave, a sink and plenty of storage was also added. The area also doubles as office space when working from home. Lighted shelving displays the homeowner's bourbon collection and works well with the stone and shiplap.

The homeowners said the space turned out far better than they could even imagine.
