Lower-Level Renovation!

How do you turn a dark lower level into a family friendly space? With the growth of their family, the homeowner needed to have a space dedicated to their grandchildren and family events.

We collaborated with our client on the concept and helped with space planning and designing. The main area was transformed into a full kitchen. The client needed more seating for entertaining their grandchildren. It was a no brainer; the large island solves this problem and provides space for sitting and for additional storage. We incorporated the existing structure and recessed the refrigerator between the walls. Onyx Fabuwood cabinets in Dove finish were included on the perimeter and Oyster on the island. Cambria countertops helped to lighten the space.
